Alba can look back on many years of experience and special competences in the production of polyurethane moulded parts. At our production site in Surany (Slovakia) we manufacture PUR flexible foam components and semi-rigid integral applications. Our customers include well-known Tier 1, Tier 2 and OEMs for whom we realise demanding projects.
Our range of services includes
- PUR milled part production from block materials for initial conceptual samples
- PUR soft foam mould production from 3 kPa - 25 kPa, RD from 55 - 80 kg/m³
- PUR flexible foam for cableway systems EN 1021-1/-2
- Flexible PUR foam for rail vehicles EN 45545-2
- Semi-rigid integral foam parts from 45 – 90 Shore A, RD from 300 – 600 kg/m³
The following finishing and pre-assembly steps can be carried out on the components:
- Assembly of PUR foam components
- Fabrication of different materials (non wovens, felts, metal parts, various plastic parts) on foam parts
- Completion of various components with foam part inserts
