Multiflexline Manufacturing Concept
The "Multiflexline" is a flexible and expandable system concept for processing fibre materials. The system is able to wet fibres in the still twisted form (e.g. coconut or plastic fibres) with a wide variety of binders. Fibre mats can be wetted, combined and formed.
This flexible manufacturing process is suitable for the creation and forming of blanks (e.g. for upholstery and cladding parts) from natural materials and plastics.
The Alba concept
The system concept can significantly reduce development times through flexibility. Mat weights, binder percentages or strengths can be adjusted very quickly. Batch size 1 can be produced on this system, and the system is also suitable for small and very small series as well as prototype production.
In addition, the Multiflexline manufacturing concept can also be expanded for large-scale production.
