Preforming
In preforming as a pre-process for RTM or wetting applications using epoxy resins or PUR, carbon layers (plies) are draped into stacks by deformation and fixing in different fibre orientations of binder or unbinder materials.
Alba offers individual, customer-specific solutions for preforming, supplemented by preform trimming or SSW (Stack Spot Welding).
