I-Skin Foam Moulds
Integral foam moulds are used for manufacturing components with a closed foam skin surface. It is possible to create surfaces with real leather grain, technical grain or smooth surface for subsequent leather covering.
Depending on the component, open or closed foaming is used. The moulds are realised in an explosion-proof design when pentane-driven systems are used.

Alba offers the right mould technology for the component and the required surface. For real leather applications, the model rail including the production of the galvanic moulds can also be supported.
