Adhesive spraying booths
For gluing processes, the carrier part and the decorative material are to be sprayed with adhesive. A separate area for adhesive application must be provided for this purpose. Additional precautions are taken so that the vapours of the spray mist cannot spread to the work area.
The spray booth represents a separate area for applying the adhesive (for example, with the help of manual adhesive spraying equipment). The components to be joined are placed on the work surface and then sprayed with the adhesive. The spray booth also has an active carbon filter extraction system that returns clean air to the environment.
The Alba advantage
Optionally, a holder for the adhesive spraying devices can be integrated. For this purpose, the device is pushed into the cabin and can thus be sprayed from all sides. At the same time, the underside of the device is masked. The components can also be transported and sprayed through the spray booth via a rail system.
