The business activities of MMB Boehr GmbH, which has gone bankrupt, will be continued with immediate effect by the newly founded company Alba MMB GmbH, Germany, and the location in Vilsbiburg will be maintained. The existing order volume of MMB Boehr GmbH is also taken over by Alba MMB GmbH, Alba MMB GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alba tooling & engineering GmbH, Forstau, Salzburg, Austria.
Mr. Stephan Boehr will act as Managing Director of Alba MMB GmbH in order to ensure that orders are processed in the usual competent manner.
Both companies operate in the automotive supply industry, which creates extensive synergies. The product portfolio of Alba tooling & engineering will be supplemented in particular with laminating and folding. In the future, even more comprehensive order volumes for the automotive industry can be processed, says Anton Naue, Managing Partner Alba tooling & engineering GmbH.
