Oval Systems
Oval systems are very often used for components with high production quantities and similar curing times. Mould carriers are conveyed either with a conveyor chain or as an intelligent, independently moving unit in an oval. Depending on the requirement profile, media such as compressed air or vacuum are supplied externally or generated directly on the mould carrier using generators.
Nowadays, data exchange is mostly wireless (industrial WIFI) or, in special cases, via sliding contacts that are also used for power transmission.
