In order to activate the adhesive system between the décor material and the supporting part, it must be heated to a defined bond line temperature. Subsequently, the adhesive in the joint should be cooled to a certain temperature in order to solidify it again and thus complete the activation process.

Adhesive activation must not only be carried out under certain temperature conditions, but also under the influence of pressure. The compressive force should be effective on the entire decorative surface to avoid unevenness and pressure points. For this we use a 2D silicone film or 3D silicone membrane, which can be placed precisely over the laminating part and it is pressed evenly by means of vacuum.
